Before you go

  • Who can use it. Households that do not pay the annual Solid Waste Permit Fee are considered commercial and must pay tipping fees for all debris; the landfill (transfer station and C&D) is closed Saturdays and the last Wednesday of each month 12-5 pm.
  • Not accepted. It does not take asbestos and carpet, rubber membrane roofing, mattresses, house wrap and household garbage in C&D loads.
  • How fees work. Fees are charged by weight (per ton). The posted rates are listed under Fees.
